Rite of Passage: Bullet Ant

In my opinion I think that the presentation it’s good, because the rite of passage chosen is so amazing and interesting. I think it interested to everybody. The structure of the presentation was good too. The different parts that it’s divided I think they are very good achieves.

For me my oral presentation was no good. Because I was so nervous and I feel fear I don’t know why, but I couldn’t do the presentation well for it. I read the paper sometimes and my voice wasn’t flowed.  One or two parts I didn’t say because I forgot. But I could do it better and in the next oral presentation I will study my text better and it will be a very good presentation.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1

This is an action, romantic, dramatic and impressive film. In it a girl called Katniss represents the revolution’s symbol of the district, and she is going to rescue Pete and beat President Snow’s system.

She and some people who want to beat Snow are in the secret district: 13. During the film she is trying to convince the people of the others districts to join and crate a revolution. She sees that Pete is alive in the capitol. They decide to rescue him and begin the revolution, but this way won’t be easy and they’ll find obstacles for reach their objective.

I found this film a little bit boring at some parts, because there aren’t enough action scenes in it. The film only explains the procedure that they must face to begin a revolution. In general I like it because after watch it, you know so many things about the other two films.

My name is Pau. I love basketball and I play it in Castelló d’Empúries with boys of our  class. They are Jere, Adrià Borràs and Oriol. I like the animals and I have a dog and two  cats. I’m so friendly with persons who are nice with me and my friends. I enjoy meeting  with them and something together. Sometimes I’m obstinate about something  when I’m so sure about it. I hate the onion and the impolite people. And I’d like be a  scientific and do amazing discoveries for help and improve in the medicine.  I have been studying english since I was 12 years in 1st particular classes out of school 2 hours a week. There I have learnt new things and  it has improved my english and it helps me to understand all of things I do in english  school class. I have a english friend and sometimes he and his father talk in english to each other and it helps me to understand a colloquial conversation. I haven’t been in the UK nor any english country for learn english or for holidays or visit. I’m looking for do the first certificated exam. In this moment I’m preparing this exam  in particular classes and it’s so good and goes fine. But until now I haven’t done any official exam.

SAW 5

I have seen very few horror movies in my life because I do not like it. When I see horror movies I pass a bad, stressful and tension moment. Then I have nightmares and I can't sleep. But one of the one of the few movies I've seen, Saw 5, I liked it because there were scenes that scared you but there were some comic relief scenes and moments that made you laugh and lowed the tension and stress. Also in this horror movie there were scenes that it made you think teasers and take strategic solutions to pass the test and survive. There was suspense and a lot of
torturous mechanisms and machines and naturally a lot of blood.
 

COMIC RELIEF

Comic relief consist to put a humorous character, scene or witty dialogue in a moment with a lot of tension and often use it for lower the tension that there is in the viewer.
I laugh in a horror film where there was a comic relief scene more than one time. For example when Johnny Depp in Sleepy Hollow cut the tree which connected the real world with the hell and the blood splatters in his face and he does funny faces and does singular and amusing gestures.

SUSPENSE

Psycho was a very good example of suspense. The director of the movie was Hitchcock. He often used in his horror films the graphic violence (fast-paced montage of violent images), appear shower and stairway murders, the music was veri important because it created tension ans suspense and use knifes and blood. He use the technique of the subjective camera to reveal a character’s vision.

  

THE PSYCHOLOGICAL HORROR STORY. The Macabre. (PHS)

The story of tell-tale heart is about the narrator is a very nervous and has a disease that makes you have very sensitive ear. He has nothing against the old man but hates his horrible eye and wants to kill him. Every night he enters to the old man's room  to kill him but as he is sleeping and the narrator doesn't see the eye he can't kill the old man. Until one night the old man heard noise and woke up. As te old man was awake, the narrator kills him because he sees the eye. The narrator claimed the old man was dead when he stops heard the noise of the old man heart. Then he chopped pieces and hides under the ground. Then three police who were called by a neighbor who heard a scream. But the narrator says them while he was going to bed he scream and promise them that the old man was outside the city. Then they start speaking in the old man's room and the narrator begins to heart throb and feels scared. Finally he admits that he killed the old man and said where was the body of old man.
Edgar Allan Poe wrote the tell-tale heart and invented the first macabre story. The first P.S.H. was published is Metzengerstein in 1832. Then, Poe wrote more tales as The Tell-Tale Heart,The Black Cat and William Wilson.
Poe also invented the Detective Story and the Science Fiction.  

THE GOTHIC NOVEL (G.N.), the first horror

The inventor of the gothic novel was Horance Walpole. The first gothic novel was The Castle of Otranto (1764) by Horance Walpole.

Visions, inanimate objects coming to life, breathlessness, women in distress, sorrow, haste, anger, footsteps approaching (petjades acostant-se), clanking chains (soroll de les cadenes), crazed laughter (riure de boig-malvat)

WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY?

I love basketball and do exercise, that makes my feel happy and to meet my friends and do cool things too. When I'm happy I always smile and laugh and enjoy the time and the good moments, that makes my feel happy. 

I'm sad when my friends aren't well or my family are angry with me. When I'm sad I'm closed in my room and think about it and often hit the pillow. I talk with my friends about our problems or I talk for solution the conflicts there are between my family and me.

Studying for hard exams and disagree with other people make me stressed. To fight stress I hit soft things or play basketball. I forget everything that is around me and do my routines. And I talk with my friends and spend a good time.

MY ABILITIES

I’m absolutely agree with all the graphic except the logic (Number Smart) because I really like mathematics and physic and chemistry. In these subjects do a lot of calculations and I don’t understand why the numbers smart are so low and with the visual/spatial (Picture Smart) because I don’t like the technical draw and drawing in general but in the graphic the picture smart is so high. But the rest of the graphic is really right because I don’t like the linguistics subjects like Catalan, Spanish, English or other language I don’t like the world of letters, but you must learn languages for can communicated with other people who speaks a different language of you and can travel for the world without problems. I love the nature and I procure don’t contaminate it. I think it’s very interesting and intelligent and you can learn a lot. I like take care of my health and do exercise like basketball and eat healthy. I really like to listen music but I don’t like play an instrument or compose a song with her letter. I love to meet with my friends and go to parties and have a good and funny moment and I like know new persons and learn about her too. I know myself a lot because I control my actions, I know what I can do and what are my limits and sometimes I do the things the best I can do it.
With these intelligences I can learn about my future. Acording with the text I can be a engineer, a doctor, a mathematics teacher, a lawyer and a psychologist.
