I would need to train very hard every day.
Minimum 5 hours a day. Improve dribbling and crossovers and the throws of all
positions. Every afternoon I would go running from Castelló to Empuriabrava.
And do more hard physical exercise. This exercise and improves need a lot of
perseverance and you have to be continuous and no leave when you feel tired.
When I will do it for 2 months or more I get to be a very good basketball
player.
