For this 2014 I want to be more healthy and fit. I achieve it working hard and better in my basketball trainings and matches. I would go to run six kilometres more or less every time that I will can. And I will do many exercises with and without gym machines or objects for to be more stronger to improve my force and my healthy.
I will try to be less lazy. Because this actitude made me estress and bad moments for do the works or something. I achieve this trying to begin the homework or obligations before I will begin to play with mobilephone or I conected in the computer. I will be more responsable.
And I try to make feel happy the other people. Specially the people who was around me. I will try to help with all I can do for achieve it.
